Sarah has helped me on multiple occasions. She is efficient and I was very happy with my purchase and maintenance. Update September 2025 - Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable with the doctor. They spent a lot of time with me tracking down some frames I purchased years ago and answered lots of questions.
Ms. Allison was great! She was so helpful finding a pair of glasses for my son. This is the second time we have purchased from the target and she has assisted both times. Her customer service and attention to detail are superb! I’ll be back just to buy from her!

My wife and I were out of town visiting family, and my wife inadvertently ripped one of her contact lens. She contacted the Saint Augustine optical center and Mindy was most helpful to facilitate a replacement pair. She offered great customer service and a sweet smile too!
