I purchased Eyewear in June 2026 . I went back almost 3 months later because I was unhappy with my glasses. NORMAN went above and beyond in upgrading my prescription lenses (he gave me better lenses and upgraded the tints at no extra cost) and ensuring they fit properly. The service is the best I have received. I highly recommend this Target Optical store and Norman.
Target optical go above and beyond to be helpful. Super responsive. Jarvis who works there was so helpful and kind. Great glasses too and they have miyo smart lenses
At first, they told me it would take 7 to 10 days. When I called the following week, they said it would be next week. Then, when I called again that week, they shifted the timeline yet again, saying it would take another 5 to 7 days. I ordered my glasses on September 3rd, and now they are telling me to pick them up on the 23rd—even after I had to call them three separate times to check. The way they handle business is completely disorganized and unprofessional.
The optical rep was patient while I picked out my glasses. I didn't feel rushed at all, really appreciated that. Hope the new girl stays on, she started this week.
