Had a lovely time getting a new prescription to refill my contacts! Everyone was very friendly and patient, and the appointment itself with Dr. Sharma was fast but performed with care. Jarvis especially was kind when he was trying to help me with the rebate when my phone was acting up :))
Jarvis helped me today and he was professional, courteous and very helpful. He answered all my questions and has a very good customer service skills. Also Dr Bernstein as always listened attentively and has solution for my vision concerns. Everybody in this optical are helpful and very professional.
