1st visit: 5/5 stars. Emily was a great help getting my glasses fitted and checked out as she manually measured my PD, something the machine always gets wrong. 2nd visit 2/5 stars. I asked the associate if I could get my PD measured manually and her response was: "Why would I do that? The machine does it accurately, that's why we have it." She proceeded to continue to talk to me condescendingly, got my PD wrong after all and gave me a bad experience. I wish I had gotten her name.
They repaired my glasses for free! In like 5 minutes!

I had excellent experience today with Atalie in the Target optical dept. I’m in Flagstaff on vacation and my silicone nose pad fell off. I googled optical near me and found that Target had an optical dept. I called and spoke with Atalie, asking her if my issue could be fixed. Without hesitation she said absolutely, just come on in. I was able to walk right in and she was able to get it fixed within minutes. Thanks again for your help.
