They are fantastic to work with. Great customer service and fast. I’ve had 5 glasses made from them all have been good.
Target Optical in St. Charles has a great staff of people. Cole Coultas, Donna, Collin..EVERY person there is helpful often going beyond the call of duty to make sure the customer is satisfied!
Manager Cole was AWESOME! Personable and helpful, without ever being pushy. Dr. Kochanny was enjoyable and efficient during the eye exam.

Donna was wonderful help, as were the other associates whose name I didn’t get. Also very thorough Dr! I didn’t know I had a dream pair of glasses until I tried these on. An associate convinced me to just run a quote to see, and they were much cheaper than I expected!! Thanks Target Optical for encouraging me to treat myself & keeping my eye health in check!
