I had a very frustrating experience at Target Optical. I went in to get a pair of sunglasses with the default lenses, but the young woman who helped me clearly wasn’t familiar with the process. She gave me solid brown lenses instead after a few weeks, with a very poor attitude and without any apology. When I checked my bill, I realized I was still charged extra for “subscription lenses,” even though I only asked for the default ones. Dr. Goh was great. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Considering it was a day-of appointment and they were able to fit me in, I'm very happy with everything
I went in on the weekend to fix my glasses and use my warranty and had quite literally the best experience you could imagine- professional, knowledgeable, kind and very welcoming. I will certainly coming back! Thank you Maya and Ms. Lucretia!
They have my Glass delivered after 48 hours no call, l call myself , the girl who works in the store told me : in the future do not come in if l don't get a message or call from them really after l spend almost $350 ?
