When I went to pick up my glasses with a lens replacement I had a problem in seeing out of them. Zina was very patient and understanding with the issue as I explained my problems and what I desired. She was very knowledgeable and advised me of an alternative lense that would better suit my needs. In returning to pick up the glasses with the new lenses, she was diligent to ensure I had the ultimate comfort and took whatever time was needed to meet my needs.
