This location is terrible. I’m from Georgia, but while I was traveling in Florida, I found a great pair of glasses and placed an order. Since this was the closest location to me, they shipped my order here for pickup. I’ve called this store multiple times, but no one ever answers the phone. My latest experience with the optical store (not optometrist) was bad. They could not find my glasses order from December 2025 even though I had bought them from that precise store. They could not verify what lenses I had in the glasses themselves, and they told me my out of pocket would be over $120 with insurance for apparently the same configuration I had paid $40 in December.
