The staff here is really great.
Changing my review from a few years ago. For years I have purchased my glasses and contacts from here. This year I bought my last pair of glasses from Target Optical. Since ordering my glasses on 12/1 I have been back to the store 3x asking if they were ready. Each time I was told there is an issue with something at the lab. I understand if there is something out of their control like a supply shortage etc. but one thing that was in their control is Target Optical’s ability to contact me to let me know what the situation is.... read more

Previously, I was seeing Dr. Goh. Even though I made an appointment online with Dr. Goh, a different doctor saw me. It was a very anxious examination, and I was constantly told that my vision was getting much worse than before. But the truth is that the doctor didn't adjust the lens properly, so I couldn't see any letters through his adjustments. It never happened to me before.
