Got my glasses adjusted for free! Jully did an amazing job and fixed them perfectly first try!
Came in today for my first eye exam and was met with a welcoming staff, Alex was the first to attend me and check me in for the appointment, she was welcoming and super patient with explaining everything. Dr Biscoe was my optometrist and he was very thorough and professional. Jully, Alex and Amanda all helped me pick a pair of frames with a smile on their face after I received my prescription. I would highly recommend anyone that’s been looking to get an eye exam done to come here!
I had a lense pop out of my glasses while I was shopping around and was apprehensive to go ask for help because I hadn’t purchased the frames there…tried it and Alex was MORE than accommodating. Didn’t charge me for anything and was literally happy to do it. What a sweet person, please make sure her kindness is recognized.
First of all I don’t think you have added enough stars to capture the incredible customer service from Amanda. I brought a friend to find RayBan Shelby glasses for my friend. Neither one of us knew much about the glasses. We had just come from another store who did not have the glasses in stock. We came to your store and met Amanda. She worked directly with us.
