Courteous but I felt because I didn’t get expensive glasses or bells and whistles, I didn’t get great service when I picked up the glasses. They handed me the glasses and I put them on and that was that. Don’t they usually check that they fit right and clean them and stuff? But what do I know, I also didn’t get a hard case for the glasses just a drawstring little bag. First time using this center and I truly appreciate the regard for one’s time. We were able to book within a day. Once we arrived and checked in, the technician assisted within 10 minutes, which meant we had time to try on glasses. Five minutes after finishing up with the technician the doctor was ready for us. The doctor and personnel were knowledgeable, personable, and well definitely return.
