Summaya and Xavier took care of me when a mistake occurred they took care of it and went above and beyond to fix the issue and I do appreciate that
Called multiple times in a span of two days, was told I wasn’t forgotten about, so I always felt reassured. My final communication attempt was a second email where I asked for an update, never got a word back on whether they would even work with my insurance, what to expect, etc. Walmart had answers for me on the phone and took care of me same-day—oh well! Maybe this is mostly for management: your people probably need help?
I have been waiting for more than a month for my lenses. Every time I have called I get placed on hold forever and then get told they will give me a call back but never get a call.
There service is very bad. Make wrong glasses. Take long time and not notifying you when ready.
