I brought in 2 pairs of glasses for repair and Dawn was wonderful to work with. She repaired the first pair but couldn't repair the second pair due to needing more specialized tool. However, she provided me with a referral to a place that could. I will definitely come again!

Great service. My sunglasses were loose on both the earpieces. I came and dropped them off and they were fixed in just a few minutes.
Dr. West is great, but the customer service from the staff is terrible. More than once, we have showed up for appts only to be told we're not on the schedule. Several times we have ordered contacts (from the staff at the time of our appt) and get the wrong prescription. These ongoing mistakes and horrible service made us quit seeing a Dr we like. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
