Dr. West is great, but the customer service from the staff is terrible. More than once, we have showed up for appts only to be told we're not on the schedule. Several times we have ordered contacts (from the staff at the time of our appt) and get the wrong prescription. These ongoing mistakes and horrible service made us quit seeing a Dr we like. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
I have used Target Optical in Parker for over 15 years and I have always had incredible experiences. I moved and switched to the Colorado Mills location and have never had a worse experience. I went in with complaints of not being able to see at night while driving in hopes of getting night glasses or something. The doctor dismissed it and told me that squinting was the best solution (this also feels unsafe while driving?).
