Very pleasant and helpful! Had to go back a second time because sat on the glasses (doh!) and again Taryn made the repair free and with no waiting. Great customer service!
Denison was amazing. He was the only one in the store handling three sets of customers. He was courteous, professional, efficient and still took the time to make each customer feel seen. He did not act one bit stressed despite the multiple customers all needing his help. Really incredible!
Very pleasant and helpful! Replaced a screw that came out for no cost, even though the glasses were very old.
