Service is subpar to be honest. What I truly dislike about this location is no matter what time I make it to my appt I’m always waiting to be seen. The appt time apparently is just a maybe they’ll see you at that time but you won’t be completing an eye test at your specified time. It crazy to me because I only ever remember this issue until I arrive yearly for my exam. Annoyed is an understatement right now
Dr Joseph and her staff are always professional, very caring and helpful. It is always a pleasure to go for my annual exam!
