Seamless process to purchase glasses. Quick and easy. Hardest part was picking out frames.
Updated review: I came in today 5/17/26 for my annual exam. Love Stacie at the beginning of my preliminary part of the visit- she’s always cheery and friendly. Dr. Jawdi was very helpful and insightful during my exam and suggested some OTC eye drops to help with my allergies while wearing contacts. Can’t wait to try them. Lili helped with the ordering and check out process which was seamless. Keep up the great customer service!
Edit: As you can see, they responded to this review. I actually did send my feedback to them, as they suggested on 3/23/26. The auto reply says that they will respond within 5 business days....its now May and it has been crickets. What a joke! 😆 They will scam you! Beware!! Came in for an eye appointment at the end of December, usually I get contacts and glasses and usually purchase acuvue oasys contact lenses. I rarely wear my contacts, so the DR had me try out daily lenses for a week to see if I liked them, her suggestion... read more

The doctor was very kind. Lily assisted me once my exam was complete. She was simply amazing. Very patient and helpful cause I couldn’t make a decision on which frames would be best for my prescription.
