Didn’t know Target had an optical department. So happy I ran into Renee. She was very friendly and helpful. I found out they even accept my EyeMed insurance too. I will be back to set up an appointment for an eye exam, so I can get some new glasses and contacts. Go see Renee, she will help you and answer all your questions.
Super disappointed! Drove a hour then waited in an empty office for 15 minutes. Just to be told they couldn’t do my appointment because their system was down.
Renee was very quick at fixing my nose pads for glasses. Truly appreciate her help.
I visited this location recently and was really disappointed to see that there was only one employee working. I believe her name was Hailey? She was clearly doing her absolute best — running the register, answering phones, helping customers, and trying to keep things moving. She was very courteous and polite despite many customers coming in and being downright rude to her.
