I very much enjoyed my experience at Target Optical. Rick was the person who helped me in the office, and he was very competent, helpful, patient & kind. The doc I saw virtually was also excellent, Dr. Lee. It was easy to schedule this appointment virtually, which is something I really appreciate. They had a nice selection of frames in the store. I highly recommend Target Optical.
Last year, I had trouble finding someone who could repair my rimless frames. I called Target optical, and he told me to bring them in. The friendly optician had the right tools and was able to repair them quickly. And there was no charge. Great service!
Rick and Jade were wonderful and to be honest made a fairly irritating experience very pleasant. My last optometrist refused to re-order my contacts after only 10 months since my last visit and required me to come back in for a new exam. I was left reusing daily contact lenses- which wasn’t pleasant. So thank you Rick and Jade. I appreciate how quickly you got me in and out.
