Phone service was good. Went to pick up my newly ordered replacement pair of glasses and the tech just bent the ear pieces to fit them. Didn’t use the warmer like I had done on my original pair, and every other plastic framed glasses in the past 20 years. I had to pay for these 100% out-of-pocket. She didn’t even clean the lenses up afterward. So I walked out with smudged lenses, very probable micro cracks, and minus half my paycheck! Her outright laziness was so very disrespectful!!
