My experience at Target was positive, even though there was a problem with my prescription not caused by Target Optical. The store manager and the optician worked with professionalism and knowledge. They identified the problem and explained what to do to fix it. I am grateful for their kindness and help.

I wish there was a way to rate better than five stars, but Emily went above and beyond to try to get my special prescription and frames taken care of as soon as possible. I have complete faith that she can do anything to help you as well. Make sure you ask for Emily and she’ll take care of you.
Sorry for the late post. I came into the williamsburgh,va. store on 4/21/25 and Emily Gill helped me. She was AWESOME!! I have a pair of polarized sunglasses and it was hard to read the directions. She explained the difference between regular sunglass lenses to polarized. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful! We need more people like her. Thanks again, Anne😊
Rebecca! She was a star. She was honest and encouraging as I chose frames and 2 days later quickly and efficiently took care of my lens prescription. Her attitude was friendly, welcoming, confident and knowledgeable. This young woman usually works at the Hampton store but this week she was in Williamsburg (Monticello store) on Wednesday and Friday. What a gift to me and the other customers she served this week!
