I had made a last minute appointment due to my last pair of contacts being ripped and I had officially only ONE eye that could see out of. First off, Dr. Klopfer was amazing! She was kind and helpful, taking the time to answer my questions with insight and understanding. I really felt like she truly listened to me which is such a refreshing change! I was told that they would contact me once my new glasses we in. I did not get a message. I called them 3 weeks later. They confirmed that my new pair of glasses had been there since Feb. 28th. Also. I thought I was just getting a new pair of glasses- Frames and lenses. Just found out that they charged me for an additional set of lenses to put into my old frames, plus they charged me for the new pair of glasses. I didn't request the additional lenses. Target optical was easy to get an appointment the next day after my call. The eye exam was thorough and professional. Entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Customer service is exceptional. Hailee went above and beyond to help me find frames understanding what I was looking for and my budget. Kudos to the entire staff at Target Optical on Lake Pleasant Pkwy in Peoria, Arizona.
TERRIBLE customer service. I booked the appointment at 5:20, and the scheduler booked me at 5pm. I told her that I wanted the 5:20, and was going to give my son the 5pm but later found out due to insurance issue with him that I couldn’t book my sons appointment so I said keep my 5:20 appointment and canceled the one for my son. When I called to say I was on my way, they said my 5:20 appointment was given to someone else.
