Brian (front office) and staff were prompt and efficient getting me checked in and very polite and helpful with the routine eye care: then was examined by Dr Conati who was professional and took his time answering my questions. I recommend this practice inside the Target store.
Torrie was extremely helpful and took her to time to fix a pair of glasses I needed immediately as I was flying out the next day. Great service offered but better service delivered. Thank you!
My second time in as many months I’ve had to go to Target Optical this time a screw fell out of my glasses. Bryan put the screw back and tightened all the others. Most appreciated being 2,800 miles from home and knowing I can count on Target Optical to take great care of me.
Torrie is excellent. I had an issue with my rimless Oakley glasses that no other place I have been wanted to help with. Another employee at this location asked me to come back when she was there to make sure I got the best service. Torrie was able to fix my glasses while I waited and they are back to perfect… she even double checks them to make sure the rest of the frame was together correctly and in good shape. Thanks so much!!
Worst service and lost money big time. They lost my contact lenses and take zero responsibility.
