The entire Target Optical team was wonderful! Dr. Christopher Wong was excellent. He performed a very thorough eye exam and even drafted a detailed report for my other doctors. My daughter recently had a great experience here as well. I highly recommend this location!
I had a great experience overall at my appointment this morning. From the moment I arrived, Adliah greeted me with a smile and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had run into a problem with the online check-in because it would not allow me to move forward without entering an insurance number, and not every vision insurance card makes that number easy to find. Adaliah was great in helping pick out new glasses ! Always professional and helpful . Came back after a couple of weeks to get both pair adjusted . Glasses arrived within a week and only took a few minutes to finalize everything .
EVERYONE at Target Optical on Lakepleasant & HappyValley was exceptional!! Very professional with a touch of humor. I always go there because of this. They all go the extra mile for supreme service. I had an excellent experience. They actually answer the phone, they have an excellent selection of frames and contact lenses, the staff member Bryan Alvarez, is nice, and the optometrist, Dr. Wong, is very also very nice and helpful, he explains things, and makes sure you are satisfied.
