I'm a first time progressive wearer and Zach in the front of the store and the Dr. Christopher Wong and have been so supportive and worked with me to make sure that my glasses are working for me. Big thanks to those guys.
I just left the target optical at Lake Pleasant Parkway, sales associate Bryan Alvarez Assisted me in the selection of two pairs of glasses he was very knowledgeable And answered all my questions I would recommend this particular store and Mr. Alvarez if your in need of prescription glasses.
Kasandra and Torrie were amazing! Provided great customer service and were extremely helpful throughout the process of getting my husband his contacts and eye exam. Nothing but great things to say about them!
Bryan Alvarez was professional, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him help me pick out two pairs of glasses. He displayed exceptional customer service skills. Dr. Wong was also professional and very kind. He listened to me and acknowledged all of my concerns. It was a very good overall experience with all of the employees.
