Everyone at the Cotton lane target was friendly and helpful
So quick to take your money but takes forever to receive your glasses … Stated 2-3 weeks for glasses to arrive it’s been over that timeframe and still no glasses for such a small glasses store you would think they would be more prompt because people NEED GLASSES TO SEE I would not come here again. Not a huge fan of Nationwide vision because of their selection in glasses but they are way bigger and still provide the glasses within a week especially for non complicated lenses
Alexis was very helpful. She refunded some contacts I didn’t like and reordered the ones I was comfortable with. Thank you.
