Not sure whats wrong with the reps here but they think they are above everyone else. Called to see if they accepted my eye med plan to ser what covers what. And the rude lady was like no i have never heard of EyeMed. For being the top eye insurance company that major companies offer and you don’t know about it is alarming. Im sure it was her not target overall because their customer service is better and she just an unhappy employee.
I was very satisfied with the physicians explanations of my eye exam and the staff that helped me get my glasses. Everybody seems so friendly and really listened to what I wanted.

Went in for an eye exam and left with a year supply of contacts and an overall great experience . Will definitely be back for my eye glasses!
Everyone was very helpful Alexis did a wonderful job helping me pick new reading glasses and frames and explaining cost and insurance.
