I have been a 15+ year customer off this establishment. I was poorly treated, by MGMT and customer service person, when I was dissatisfied with the Lens purchase they change for me. I have a current prescription that I can see both sunglasses and regular glasses. they require one year to pass before they require on on site Review with Doctor. I ordered a rather expensive Swarovski glass frame from TARGET and after my insurance discount, I was amazed at how affordable the frames were. More importantly, I went to LensCrafters and compared the exact same glasses with my insurance discount, and couldn't believe that LensCrafters was approximately $164 more. Robin, the sales associate at TARGET was knowledgeable, very professional and patient. I couldn't be happier
