Robin was extremely helpful repairing 2 pairs of glasses for me. She was honest and provided a superior service. My thanks to her.
I went in with my mom and had a really great experience with the optometrist, Dr. Yoon, who was very kind and helpful. However, after looking through the frame options, we could hear the sales associate complaining to her coworker that we were being picky and wasting her time despite not asking for help or being disruptive. We decided not to purchase a pair because we felt very uncomfortable due to the lack of professionalism.
I had the most wonderful experience at Target Optical because of Michele! On my first visit, Michele helped me find a great pair of frames, but the color I wanted was unavailable to try on. Michele went above and beyond and called other Target Optical locations to find the frames for me to try, but with no luck.
