My wife’s new lenses focus point didn’t line up directly with her pupil (the focus point in the left lens is aimed lower for reading down at a desk or laptop keyboard). This misaligned focus point of the left lens was discovered by a staff member after they made nose bridge adjustments etc to improve her comfort of wearing the new lens and glass frame. The staff realized this and ordered a new pair for my wife without charging extra.
Kyle was so patient with me while I picked out my glasses and contacts. I’m so impressed with Kyle’s knowledge and help with fitting. In the end, I decided I also wanted a pair of sunglasses! I was so indecisive about what I wanted. But Kyle showed me different styles until we found one I liked. Kyle also helped with my insurance and found the best deal for my budget. I’m a huge fan of customer service, which seems to be dwindling these days but Kyle went above and beyond. Thank you Kyle! I’ll definitely be back!
Dr. Cain was wonderful and spent extra time trying to get my son's tricky prescription just right for him. She was friendly and knowledgeable and we felt very well taken care of!
