Jenna at the Target Optical Center in Clearwater has handled my eyewear purchases and needs for several years. She always has a smile on her face and checks every available option to get customers the best pricing on contacts and frames. She also makes recommendations on how best to utilize insurance coverage and follows through on orders and calls. The optical center also has nice frames at reasonable prices and the hours are more convenient than some optometry centers. I highly recommend!
I went to target optical because I'm an employee and with my insurance it was the right place to go and that's where I spoke to Mrs Rodriguez which I believe she is the TL. She was very nice and helped me pick out my frames and told me when I should receive them and she answered all my questions and concerns. She is awsome and was a great experience. Would recommend anyone to go see her.
Dear Target Optical Team, I am writing to express my significant frustration regarding the substantial delay in receiving follow-up communication and my trial lenses since my appointment on October 4th. At the time of the appointment, I was informed that this process would take approximately four to five weeks.
