Best eye doctor experience I've had in a long time, by far! The whole staff was kind, educational, and helpful. Dr. Heckman made me feel really comfortable, and got my new prescription spot-on. Cheryl went out of her way to look up and tell me my insurance benefits without me even asking, which was helpful to know which glasses frames I could consider.
