Great experience Sharlene was very helpful and very informative . My wife and I don’t have glasses. Our daughter and son had to get glasses and she was very helpful on trying on and explaining everything.
I just got the nose pieces on my glasses fixed! They were nice, told me it’d only take 10 minutes. Very quick and efficient. Thank you to the gentleman that helped today!

SHALEEN IS THE REASON I KEEP COMING BACK TO LAKE BLUFFS LOCATION. she has the greatest customer service, i came in to pick up my glasses & did not like them:( when i tried them on i knew right away, but my anxiety to have to ask for return them went straight thru the roof. i felt like such a problematic customer. but shaleen assured me she was there to assist & made it a point to do everything she could to help me find the glasses that worked for me. my next appointments i will be calling ahead to make sure she is in the off... read more
