Joy adjusted my glasses I got online that were sitting on my face strangely. I have a very high prescription so it was bothering me a lot and she was very knowledgeable on making adjustments for high prescriptions. Super grateful!
Went in to buy a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses that I had been considering for awhile. Was taken care of by Kerry- very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made sure I got exactly the glasses I wanted and even took the time to order a brand new pair (and have them shipped to my home for free) when she found a small scratch on the lens of the pair that was in stock.
