This is the second time I have had Joy work with me on getting a new pair of glasses, her recommendations are really helpful and she is a delight to visit with.
Joy is very friendly, knowledgeable, and customer-focused. She even stayed late to help us because we arrived too close to close time - she never even made us feel rushed.
