I went to Target optical over a month ago and selected 2 pairs of glasses. I still don't have them. They promise to maintain contact and give updates but all I get is silence. Never again!
It only took them about 10 to 20 minutes for us to be attended to. The service seems to be great, but it is rehearsed and does not feel genuine. As a customer, sometimes we don't know everything about glasses. A clear explanation is great. However, the person attending us spoke very quickly, and I had to ask her to repeat because I did not understand her. Please slow down when explaining things. Everything else was great. Thank you.
Jay was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, professional, and extremely efficient. She made the whole experience easy and pleasant, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service! Target Optical is lucky to have her!
