I had an excellent experience at this optical store. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a professional, welcoming team!
Clay deliver my new glasses today and when he noticed that something was perfectly right, he took a lot of time to correct the problem and made a great job. He is a great guy and very helpful with your needs. Highly recommended.
Watch out for surprise charges. Poor communication and lack of upfront pricing led to me being overcharged by $39. Make sure you get everything in writing first.
I’ve been calling for a week to ask my Pupillary distance because I got my prescription from here and I want to order a new pair of glasses online and no one answers the phone. So I just went in to ask for it because I BOUGHT MY CURRENT GLASSES HERE and the man who works there refused saying it’s against corporate policy and I can measure it myself.
