Clay, the man who helped me pick out my new eyeglass frames was very friendly and delightful. I had a very good experience.
The service here was very professional the most comprehensive eye exam I ever experienced in 55 years. Jeff and Clay were top-notch professionals and they know exactly how to please a customer. I highly recommend them both.
The customer service rep, Jeff, was very helpful and accommodating. He explained the types of lenses available so we could make an intelligent choice. My husband is very weak and uses a walker. Jeff picked out several frames that were similar to my husband's current glasses while my husband remained seated. One of them fit well and looked nice so we went with that one. All in all it was a very good experience.
I had an excellent experience at this optical store. The staff was very friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. The customer service was outstanding, and I truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and a professional, welcoming team!
Clay deliver my new glasses today and when he noticed that something was perfectly right, he took a lot of time to correct the problem and made a great job. He is a great guy and very helpful with your needs. Highly recommended.
