What a wonderful experience at the optometry office! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine smiles and such welcoming energy. Jaqueline and Jen were both absolutely lovely and attentive, and made everything feel easy. The whole visit was quick, painless, and genuinely pleasant. Highly recommend! 🤓
I had a great experience at Target today . The small screw on my reading glasses fell out, and I went in hoping to buy a replacement. Instead, one of the team members fixed my glasses for me on the spot—for free! They were kind, helpful, and did it all with a big smile. It’s not something you see every day. Really appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you!
