It’s the worst optical shop; I don’t know why they’re still open. They overcharge you and refuse to explain the charges or let you speak to the manager. Be careful—it’s better not to come here. The insurance they sell you doesn’t cover any of what they promise, and then they charge you extra.
The professional team experience was very nice. I was greeted as soon as we entered the clinic. I had my prescription with me. We selected the glasses then viewed my insurance. I will certainly be returning for future appointments. Thank you .
