Terrible Customer Service Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Target Optical. The staff—specifically Carmen and Rene—were unprofessional, incompetent, and showed little regard for customer care. Camarillo store - Great service!
I went there to get Rx glasses made and showed a $10 coupon they had on their website but the person said their system was not taking it. So why put an ad when they won't take it? I showed her the picture I took from their website.
