I wanted a glasses adjustment, but the person working there was super not careful. she manhandled my glasses to adjust the nose grips and they looked like the glasses were going to come apart

Terrible Customer Service Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Target Optical. The staff—specifically Carmen and Rene—were unprofessional, incompetent, and showed little regard for customer care. If they don’t enjoy their job, they should consider stepping aside for someone who does. I had an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes to be seen.
