This target Optical is horrible and the boy working today 2/9/26 is rude, terrible & should learn to have better customer service skills. My mother and two sisters went in for their separate appointments where my mom was first where she showed up late and understood to reschedule her appointment but the guy declined to see my other two sisters who are separate patients with their own appointments scheduled after, who showed up on time. I wanted a glasses adjustment, but the person working there was super not careful. she manhandled my glasses to adjust the nose grips and they looked like the glasses were going to come apart
