The optical Manager is very unprofessional incompetent and rude… When I purchased my glasses back in August 2024, he did not calculate the formulas correctly nor did he perform the measurement correctly causing my glasses to be inaccurate and unusable… I took them back to get them corrected but when I got them back the second time they still were incorrect. I wasn’t a real fan of the frame and the temples pressed real hard against my head giving me headaches, when I loosen them up they would fall off. I ended up losing these... read more
Super fast service.
Doc and optician have poor listening skills. One prescribed the wrong brand despite being explicit of what I want. The other decided to make wild assumptions on why my eyes are dry without really listening or trying to identify a solution.
