Where do I start? I was helped by a very friendly receptionist named Victoria and she introduced me to MJ. She helped my wife decide on a pair of glasses and also showed us multiple frames and color choices of lenses. After 30 minutes I asked if she could adjust my glasses and she said of course. I went to my vehicle and got four pairs of glasses and she adjusted and cleaned all of them. The customer service I got from her was above and beyond what I expected. My niece’s glasses were loose and a screw came off. Victoria helped us as the store was closing, the gate was already half way closed. She was incredibly helpful and kind, going out of her way to make the repair even without having the right size screw. She was a life saver for this little girl who depends on her glasses.
Victoria was amazing. My glasses came super fast.
