I had a positive experience with Target Optical. Kris was really helpful and made sure I was able to complete my setup with my new smart glasses.
Dr. Bui and Brianna were both phenomenal. They answered all my questions and were eager to help me. My experience in Target Optical was a great one and I’m happy to refer anyone I know. Everything was fast and efficient from the beginning to the end. Will be returning.
God awful experience. Arrived a few minutes late to glares from the staff to the male employee refusing to take his eyes off my wife’s butt. Disgusting. I was told they refused to see me and told me angrily I had to reschedule, but they didn’t have anything open and just shrugged. Never have I felt more objectified or disgusted leaving an optical facility let alone a target optical. After they refused service they just went back to sitting around gossiping glaring at us, while we looked at frames. I will never be back. I wil... read more
