1st time buying glasses at Target Optical (Knoxville - Turkey Creek). Nice selection of frames. Elisha was most helpful. She made me feel welcome to take my time while trying on frames, but was available for answering questions and guiding me through the purchase process. Her kindness and knowledge made it a pleasant experience.
Atrocious customer service.

I was incredibly happy with our experience here! Graig was very helpful when it came to the adjustments needed for fitting both pairs of glasses we got. He understood what we needed in the fit and we love the results! He was very friendly and carried great conversation throughout our visit! Definitely will return here!
