I thought Dr. James Young did a great job doing the exam - he discussed all aspects of it, especially the retinal imaging. I came back on 2/26/26 and Lisa took great care of me as I tried to find the best glasses for me. Lisa had thoughtful ideas and they helped me decide on my new pair. Thank you Dr. Young and Lisa!
Doing some normal shopping at Target, mainly for my cat, but grabbing needed items along the way, I find myself next to the Optical department. The optical staff at BayFair Target were very helpful even though I wasn’t their patient/customer. The lady who helped me took her time to explain sizing issues with the frames that I had brought in (purchased elsewhere) and she showed me the difference and gave me advice. She was kind and helpful and I would definitely go back to their shop for future needs.
