Great experience. Super friendly and cared to get me in and out quickly.
I received wonderful service from the people working at the clinic. However Target really needs to up their game when it comes to the appearance of the office. It looks like something out of the 70's but dirty. The wall color is that disgusting yellowish beige. The carpet is filthy and worn and as far as I could see never matched the paint color. I think a nice blue or gray with white trim with a new rug that coordinates with the paint would be much more inviting. Also some new signage over the frames would be great and get ... read more
Billi was very knowledgeable and helpful with my purchase of two pairs of glasses. She had her hands full with myself and another customer wanting to place orders at the same time, but she was quick and efficient. It was my first time visiting the Target Rossford Optical but I’ll definitely be back. Dr Schmucker was also wonderful! Great experience all around!
