I have been wearing glasses for most of my life and Angelicia Benitez is by far the best Optician I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable about the frames, lenses and insurance plans and was able to get me 2 new pairs of glasses for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay in a very short amount of time. A huge thank you to your Optician, Angelicia Benitez, for her help. My sister and I took our brother who is disabled to Target Optical in Durham. There have been situations where he makes others uncomfortable, but not with Angelicia - her kindness, professionalism, and guidance was extraordinary! Words cannot convey how much we appreciated how we were treated by Angelicia and the other staff members at Target Optical. I will always go here for all my eye care needs. The Customer Service is excellent, I highly recommend the target eyewear experience solely due to Customer Service. I don’t have vision insurance and so I was shocked by the cost of the frames and lenses; I don’t think that targets pricing structure is competitive.
