The doctor and exam were fine. But the lenses and frames were incredibly over priced. And they refused to give the PD value. We won't go back.
Amazing staff!!! Tania helped me multiple times comparing styles, measurement, questions etc (usually she’s at Centerville store)… exceeded my expectations … she deserves a raise! Steph helped me when I picked up /my replacement lens. Both were excellent representatives of your brand!!!
I've had multiple pairs of glasses repaired here, and every employee I've dealt with have been amazing. One pair in particular I knew were beyond repair after being stepped on and Steph somehow fixed them like new! Thank you Steph for always being able to repair my glasses and for incredible customer service!
Brought in what I thought was a simple fix that turned out to be far more complicated. I appreciate the efforts they went to in getting my glassed fixed so that I didn't have to purchase a new pair.
They were so helpful! Stephanie helped us out with fixing my teenager’s glasses. We truly appreciate it. Excellent service!
