I went to the place I got my glasses from to get them adjusted. I’m not sure how but two different people did nothing but make them worse. I went to Target Optical and Sawyer promptly saw the problems and quickly corrected the problems. She did a fantastic job and I am so grateful for her skills.
The worst experience I have ever had with an optical department. The staff seemed unprepared and unprofessional. After multiple visits, I was given more than three different contact lens prescriptions, and every single one was incorrect. Because of their mistakes, I have wasted a significant amount of time, gas, and energy trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly from the beginning.
