Dr. Hayden and VERY knowledgeable tech, Britiny (sp) literally made my day. Wonderful greeting, absolutely best eye exam in decades. ESPECIALLY after daring to try America’s Worst, Target Optical took everything to a new level. VERY swift ordering, sizing, and accommodating by Britiny (sp) . The optical manger was very nice and helpful.
I had a mixed experience here. Dr. Hayden was professional, thorough, and very kind. However, the front desk experience was disappointing. After my exam, when I decided not to buy frames in-house, I felt the mood completely changed. I asked for my Pupillary Distance (PD), and I was told it 'doesn't come with the exam' unless I purchase glasses so she just guessed and told me to 'just use 30/30' (60.0mm) without actually checking.
