Matt's customer service was excellent! He helped fix my glasses and also took the time to help me answer some questions I had regarding my insurance! An absolute pleasure, you dont see that much anymore!
This location is convenient and it was easy to make an appointment online. The staff, especially David was fantastic! David greeted me, and got me checked in. After my exam with the doctor who was very nice, David took my measurements for my new frames, and explained all my options and pricing with my insurance. He’s very personable, fun & knowledgeable. Overall, I look forward to going back next year for my next exam.
From the moment i walked in, to the eye exam, to picking out frames and checking out the employees were all extremely personable, helpful and knowledgeable. My appointment was ontime. Quick and simple process.
I had a great experience after not having an exam done in over 15 years. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment and was seen right away. I highly recommend!
This will be the second time I have purchased new glasses at Target. Both times I was lucky enough for Susan to assist me. Their prices are quite a bit less than the private optical place that I used last year. I think it offered a good deal.
