My experience with the doctor and the technicians has been excellent. Today Hillary, Ed and Solomon took really good care of me and the doctor was very patient and knowledgeable. Explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I can't say enough about particularly Hillary and Solomon who I've dealt with on a few occasions since day one and they have both gone above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this business.
I had an amazing team for my eye exam today. Rose and Hillary were personable and kind, putting in the extra effort to make me truly feel cared for. Doctor Maamari was also incredibly friendly putting any anxiety I had at ease and making the whole experience pleasant. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of people.
I am still sitting here 30min later waiting after my eye exam to order glasses. There is only 1 person working and they are taking care of eye exams. You need to have another person working.
