I made an appt online. Pretty sure I did not see anything that stated you have to call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. I had to call out this morning due to catching the stomach bug from my son. I called out a few hrs before I was to head in. I later got a call from Dr Hong telling me I need to call 24 hours in advance. The receptionist didn’t tell me this, but you think she would have. Dr. Hong was very pleasant and efficient with his craft! He made sure to cover all bases regarding my eye exam and I would recommend him to everyone needing eye care. Eye exams can be uncomfortable but with him it was smooth and easy. Lisbeth in the front was also extremely inviting, positive, and has a good eye for style! She helped me choose the perfect frames.
