I came here for an eye exam today with an appointment and everything. But then someone else came in after me with no appointment and just took my spot, leaving me waiting for 20min+. I ended up leaving because it doesn't sound like they'd be done anytime soon. My bad for expecting to get an eye exam done in under an hour, I guess. Next time, I’ll just walk in and take someone else's spot since that seem to be the preferred way to do things around here.
