You need to put some kind of sign in the office that shows where the optical appointments are. I arrived on time to a 5 pm appointment. Waited 20 minutes without being greeted as other people were helped. When I finally got led back to the doctor they would not help me because I was 20 minutes ‘late’
10/10 Sydney is the bees knees, I came in after a rough day, I just got out of church and my car was acting up so I wasnt exactly the kindest, but when I came into that store Sydney was there and ready not only did she help me pick out frames she told me what suited my facial structure. Now after I get this work done on my cheek bones I'm gonna swing back by and purchase 2 more pairs. Thank you Sydney.
