I just visited Luxottica North America Target Optical in Denton ( 1801 S Loop 288) and was pleased how Opticians greeted and treated me. The Optician named Nick was so caring, professional, helpful, and kind. He offered me his help, explained a problem I have with my glasses. 5 stars level of a Customer Service. Nice to meet people like Nick. Thanks!

Sydney was a triple asset to this business, not only was she fashionable, friendly and knowledgeable, she repaired my current glasses (which were held together with tape) while I tried on new frames and didn’t charge me a dime. Saved me a week of discomfort and headaches while I wait for my new pair. If it wasn’t socially unacceptable I would have kissed her!
Best eye exam ever. Dr Young is really good. Friendly, Profesional, patient help in the optical center while I tried on every frame. Looked out for my pocketbook by applying every coupon and discount possible. I hope this team stays in place for a very long time!
