Jennifer Jordan was as helpful as you could ever imagine from a customer service standpoint. I had a simple but agonizing adjustment as my glasses were ill fitted and needed reworked. Jennifer went about her task very confidently and Super courteous throughout Request for help.

Everything went better than I expected. Jenn explained every step to me and performed each step flawlessly. She even laughed at my senseless jokes while juggling two other customers. Her and the Doc were both great. I'd definitely return again, if not for great service, just to enjoy a coffee and the shoe that these two put on. Jenn is the Best. -Robert Rowan Satisfied Customer
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all!!!! They told me it would be 16 to 17 days and I still don’t have my glasses and they won’t even answer the phone. I’ve been calling for days.!!!! Very unprofessional!!
