Dr Spotts is great, staff are all kind and good at what they do. Recommend coming here. Glasses always take 2 weeks but it's worth it.

I was just blown away by the great service that I received from amazing service from Lisa and before that I had the same great experience from Jess thank you for being good at helping your customers and their needs both of you are amazing
I walked in to get a replacement nose pad for my glasses and Jess had me walking out with them feeling brand new inside of 5 minutes. Very prompt service!
I very much like the receptionist, however, the actual eye doctor I saw- Dr. Whitlatch, I believe- misgendered me and called me a "good girl" when I said I'd obeyed his instructions for how to put contacts in. Not only am I a grown man, that's not appropriate to say to anyone, and now I feel gross. He was also late for all 3 appointments.
