Sue and her staff were absolutely WONDERFUL! I had previously purchased a pair of glasses at this location some time ago, and they had become so beat up that the left lens kept falling out randomly. Sue knew exactly what to do, and handed me back a pair of glasses that felt brand new! She even provided me with a proper hard case free of charge so that I wouldn’t damage the glasses again!
