Made an online appointment 8/23/2025 for 8/26/2025 at 3:40 pm. Was contacted at 12:00 pm on 8/26/2025 that the doctor did not want to take any appointments after 2:00 pm. Tried for over an hour to contact. When they finally answered I was rudely told I needed to reschedule. Decided to go to elsewhere & got an appointment within an hour and had fabulous service! Will not use & will advise everyone to go elsewhere!
Drove all the way from Covington to this target optical and was scheduled to be the last patient of the day. I arrived only five or six minutes late and was told the optometrist had already left for the day. They lost a new customer.
Took my daughter for her first contacts eye exam. Got a trial pair of contacts. Had to wait at least a week to actually receive her prescription in hand to order contacts to make sure they were a good fit for her eye (no biggie). Went back two weeks later to get prescription. Dr hadn’t signed off on it. Went back at a month. Dr still hadn’t signed off on it. Finally another dr signed off on it so I could get her prescription to order more contacts.
