Tried to get my husbands prescription printed and have had nothing but problems, one lady said she would call me back, never did, I called back and was told “sorry the phones were down” and that they still don’t have a answer and they will call me back, again they didn’t call, so I again called just to be told, you need to pay a $15 copay for us to print it out and that the doctor has to be there to sign it. I asked how much a contact lens exam would be. I was told 129.99 or somewhere in that range. They charged me 244.00. They charged me for a glass prescription ( i do not wear glasses) and another charge for ???? I cant remember what it was, but I did not authorize it. I walked in not needing readers and walked out needing readers. WTH? The optometrist handed me a different pair of contacts and said that I would be able to see better with them.
