It was my first telehealth eye exam experience, and Emil was helpful and friendly, as was Dr. Patel! I just had a little trouble placing my face into the machine correctly for the first test, but other than that, it was easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. It took no more time than a typical exam, and it was just as comprehensive. Thank you, Emil and Dr. Patel!
It was a great experience. Never thought I would ever see a remote eye exam. All in all it was good.
Emil and Sue are detailed professionals who care about their customers and take time to ensure their needs are met. Emil also went the extra length to explain product features and why certain features would or might not work for me. Thank you both!
