I received the absolute worst customer service possible from this optical center. I should have taken heed when I saw some previous reviews about the service. The only employee working when I came in to pick up my glasses handed them to me and did not offer fitting assistance. After leaving the store and driving home, I noticed one of the lenses was not securely in the frame and was in danger of falling completely out. I Love this place. Everyone is very nice especially Lydia who goes out of her way to make you feel special and has very good advice on what glasses look good on you. I have had no problem with the three glasses I have purchased over the last two years. I took out the insurance and boy did I use it! No problems. I always went to a very expensive eye glass place to get my previious glasses and was tired of spending $600 for a new pair of glasses. I had an issue over the state law about children being required to have the polycarbonite lenses. I was told I needed to pay a $40 upgrade from the standard lense my insurance pays. I called my plan and they said for me to go to Walmart because they did not charge extra for the poly upgrade since it was state law. I found these people to be very inflexible and customer service lacking.
