Had an issue this morning and Alejandro helped me solve the issue. He even went out of his way to help me.
Rachel did a great job (friendly too! ). My glasses were missing parts. She repaired like new.!
Alejandro at the E Lake Otay Lake San Diego store had the best attitude and it takes a lot to please me naturally.. He was very helpful and honest about my choice in eye wear. As a result, I bought a second pair (Okley & Ray Ban).

Walked in for an appointment staff members very helpful with processing and waiting time. Alejandro Mendoza is one those staff members helped me through my process with my appointment. They also gave very good details and prices for glasses and contacts after my appointment. I recommend going here, they have all the answers you need whether its appointments, glasses, contacts, and even insurances they will help you and make your day go smooth.
