Ms Rachelle was super nice and took her time helping me choose my glasses. She is a very knowledgeable person.
Staff gave wrong information on return policy. Laura was great when making the sale and setting up appointment, but attitude completely changed when I told them they gave wrong information.
My husband and I are very thankful for their professionalism. It was really beyond that. So much care and respect for their patients. Everyone we interacted with were pleasant and friendly. Doctor and Alejandro were both amazing, very supportive. Honestly it’s nice to feel like you’ve been treated like a human being, rather than a number. Alejandro’s years of experience shows in his work ethic and knowledge. Tysm!
