The eye doctor I saw was great. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns. The issue I have is with the customer service. I have been waiting on trail contacts for 2 weeks. I have tried calling this office for 3 days now to see if they are available to pick up and have not gotten a call back. I’ve called multiple times a day and no one answers the phone.
Amber was very helpful with our frame selections. She is very knowledgeable and very courteous. Dr. Roark was super helpful and answered all my exam related questions.
Lindsay was AWESOME to work with! She’s very knowledgeable, thorough, and personable- a DEFINITE asset to your store!
