They put you hold forever and that's if you are lucky enough to get an english speaking person .. when they put you on hold you are forced to listed to the most horrific music I have ever heard.. it's like nails on a chalkboard.. finally I just gave in and scheduled with someone else .. they should also check thier messages because the service said their mailbox was full.... shaking my head .. it's a wonder they get any business at all .. what a fiasco
My experience at the Target Optical was incredible. Alejandro was super kind, professional, and helpful. He explained all the services they offer and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend this place!
