First of all, why would any establisment let alone an optical business leave one person on a holiday. Arrived there at 6pm to pickup sunglasses that only needed to be returned because we found a much better deal elsewhere. We didn't even get to tell her the reason but she decided to go to another customer instead of just refunding my daughter. She spent another 20 min with him then went to another customer and took longer with his pickup. Then she was about to go back to the first customer until I spoke up. It was like she w... read more
